Return policy: No returns for custom orders. The only returns accepted are for spelling errors. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Designs On You.

Shipping is not refundable
Color: Some items are different colors than appear on the website. Unless specified thread color is our choice.
We will change thread colors to go with shirt if needed. This is done to make sure the thread can be seen.
